1. Kauce
1. Deposit
The refundable deposit is 30–50% of the artwork’s value, depending on the type of collaboration.
2. Damage to the artwork
The renter is responsible for mechanical damage, loss, or improper handling.
3. Sale during the rental period
If the client decides to purchase the painting during the rental period, 50% of the rental price may be deducted from the purchase price of the artwork.
4. Exclusivity
The paintings are original works of art and may be offered for sale at any time.
5. Reservation
A reservation is binding upon payment of 100% of the rental price.
